Cambiano, almeno in parte, i progetti per palazzo Fata a Corinaldo. Dopo che un privato si è fatto avanti per l’acquisto e la risistemzione dell’immobile che si affaccia sulla centralissima piazza Il Terreno, è stato votato nell’ultimo consiglio comunale l’atto di rinuncia da parte dell’Erap che avrebbe investito nel territorio circa un milione di euro, con la compartecipazione del Comune.
Un passaggio consiliare che non ha visto precedenti informazioni rivolte ai gruppi consiliari di opposizione, né tantomeno altre ipotesi alternative per non perdere l’investimento e l’occasione di riqualificare il centro storico fornendo ipotesi concrete per quanto riguarda le politiche abitative. Voce Comune per Corinaldo e Corinaldo Civitas sono usciti dall’aula al momento del voto.
