Partiti i lavori all’ex hotel La Vela, al porto di Senigallia
L’ex hotel La Vela, ubicato a metà tra la darsena dei pescatori e quella turistica, rinascerà. Dal 2024 dovrebbe, infatti, ripartire l’attività di uno degli alberghi più visibili e suggestivi della città che si affaccia sul porto. Sono partiti nei giorni scorsi i lavori di demolizione delle parti interne della struttura posizionata proprio davanti alla nuova sede della Guardia costiera. L’immobile è in abbandono da tempo: da almeno dieci anni è chiuso al pubblico. Gli unici ospiti sono piccioni e gabbiani che sostano sui balconi.
Nei mesi scorsi era iniziata una serie di pulizie che avevano fatto ben sperare per questa stessa stagione estiva 2022, ma in realtà erano solo propedeutiche alla demolizione delle parti interne. La ricostruzione impiegherà….
