Sono ripresi i lavori per l’abbattimento di 23 pini in viale Anita Garibaldi, dopo che il Tar Marche ha dato il via libera al taglio delle piante. Nonostante sulla questione procedurale si esprimerà solo il prossimo 10 gennaio 2024, intanto ha disposto la possibilità di riprendere le operazioni che erano state sospese. Attività propedeutiche all’intervento di riqualificazione dell’intero viale che caratterizza il quartiere Portone.
Non sono bastate dunque le protestedi cittadini, associazioni ambientaliste e politici di Senigallia per fermare l’annientamento delle piante e discutere anche di altri aspetti come l’assorbenza delle acque piovane del terreno in zona dopo la nuova asfaltatura: il cantiere è ripreso nel pomeriggio di giovedì 26 ottobre.
